Our Process

Redhill Search’s process for finding and presenting a candidate for hire consists of imposing a flexible but disciplined recruitment process. We believe it starts with understanding your organization; product, culture, business model and compensation structure. Our knowledge lies in understanding a wide variety of sale professionals. Our process is tailored to understand the vision of your company so that we target the perfect sales candidates.

Our ability to create unique assessments for your personnel needs, allows us to target and present the best candidates for your organization. All job applicants presented for hiring consideration would be thoroughly screened for core and fundamental traits that will make a good candidate a great for your business.

Step By Step

This is our tested and proven process, step by step:

Step 1: Understanding Your Organization

Develop professional relationships with senior level management; understand corporate culture and strategy, corporate structure.

Step 2: Develop Position Specifications

Understand the specific activities of the position, responsibilities, reporting relationships, and required skills.

Step 3: Researching and Identifying Candidates

Find qualified candidates, identify strengths and weaknesses, evaluate candidate in regard to position specifications.

Step 4: Conduct Evaluation Interviews

Obtain an understanding of their accomplishments, capabilities, strengths and weaknesses, and potential for advancement.

Step 5: Presentation of Candidates for Client Interviews

Upon final evaluation, a candidate’s strengths and weakness are submitted for client review. We coordinate interviews schedules at the client’s convenience.

Step 6: Conduct Reference Checks

Speak directly with individuals who are, or have been, in the position to evaluate the candidate’s performance on the job.

Step 7: Hiring the Top Candidate

Function as a client representative in the negotiation process. Maintain active involvement from interview to hire.
